We accept payments via PayPal and cash. Full payment is required at the time your order is placed. Processing time does not begin until you have actually ordered and paid. Once approval has been made there will be NO changes made. Customers who receive invoices will have 24 hours to make any adjustments after the 24 hours there will be NO changes made. In certain cases, there will be a 5% refund fee. Other than the certain cases ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Turnaround Time: Orders with 9 and under pieces will take 3-5 business days after payment has been made, not including weekends and holidays. Orders with 10 or more pieces will take 2 weeks after payment has been made, not including weekends and holidays. ANY ORDERS needed before 3-5 business days will incur a rush fee per each item needed. Also, orders of 10 or more needed before 2 weeks will also incur a rush fee per each item needed.

 

Shipping Information: Your order will be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal account. Please make sure you double check your address to avoid delays in shipping. I.G.N.I.T.E.D. will not be responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong location, items lost in the mail, or damaged.

Pick Up Orders: Pickups will only be arranged in areas that are convenient to I.G.N.I.T.E.D. If you are not local, please choose shipping to ensure that your product is received within the timeframe you need it.

 

Customized Designs: There will be a fee for all designs that I.G.N.I.T.E.D. has to customize from scratch. We do accept ideas from our customers, however, if we must find a design for you and reconstruct it and the task becomes time-consuming there will be a fee for this service as well.
